1. Information We Collect

To provide core features, Dodo Beads may involve the following information:

1.1 Photos You Select

When you use features such as “generate a bead pattern from a photo,” you may choose to select photos from your device.

If the current version processes photos locally:

The photos you select are primarily processed on your device. We do not upload the photos you select to our servers.

1.2 Creations You Make

Bead patterns, pixel artworks, and other content you create in the App can be saved locally on your device.

In the current version:

We do not upload your local creations to our servers.

1.3 Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase Dodo Beads Pro, related transactions are processed through Apple’s StoreKit / App Store purchase services.

We do not directly collect your bank card, credit card, or other payment details.

Purchase transactions are handled by Apple under its applicable terms of service and privacy policy.

2. Photo Access

Dodo Beads may request access to your photos so you can select images to create bead patterns.

You can manage photo access in iOS Settings.

If you decline photo access, you can still use other features that do not require photo permission.

3. How We Use Information

We use related information only as needed to provide Dodo Beads features, including to:

• Generate bead patterns;
• Create and save your works;
• Provide subscription and purchase features;
• Improve the App’s stability and functionality.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Information Storage

In the current version, creations you make are primarily stored locally on your device.

If you delete the App, data stored locally within the App may be deleted.

If we later provide cloud sync, cloud AI image processing, or similar services, we will update this Privacy Policy based on the actual features and, where appropriate, provide you with relevant information and choices.

5. Third-Party Services

Dodo Beads may use system services provided by Apple and App Store / StoreKit services.

For any third-party SDKs or services we may integrate in the future, we will describe them in this Privacy Policy and in the App Privacy details in App Store Connect, based on actual usage.

6. Deletion of Information

Because the current version primarily processes and stores your creations locally, you can manage local data by deleting the App or deleting related works within the App.

If we later provide server-side accounts, cloud sync, or other cloud services, we will provide corresponding ways to delete data.

7. Children’s Privacy

Dodo Beads is not specifically designed for children.

If we later categorize the App for children or provide services specifically for children, we will adjust our privacy practices in accordance with applicable laws and Apple’s requirements.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy based on changes in features, laws and regulations, or privacy protection requirements.
